After Sales Services

We offer a range of After Sales Services to ensure your jewelry look at their best at all times. Our After Sales Services are available for all rings from our Engagement & Wedding Collection and selected pieces from our Fine Jewelry Collection. All After Sales Services are exclusively performed by Norrfolks skilled partners and goldsmiths.

Below prices include return shipping and the processing time is approximately 4 weeks.

Resize 800 SEK / 80 EUR

• Your ring will be resized to your chosen size.

• The first resize is complementary within 30 days of delivery for all rings from our Engagement & Wedding Collection.

• Kindly note that the resizing cost of 800 SEK / 80 EUR applies to rings that fall under our resize allowance. If your ring cannot be resized accordingly we will evaluate each case individually and suggest an appropriate cost.

Engraving 600 SEK / 60 EUR

• Your ring will be engraved with your chosen message of up to 25 characters including spacing.

• Engraving is complementary within 30 days of delivery for all rings from our Engagement & Wedding Collection.

• Kindly note that engraved rings cannot be returned.

Re-coating 800 SEK / 80 EUR

• This service is only available for white gold jewelry pieces.

• Your white gold jewelry piece will be coated in a new layer of rhodium to regain shine and chrome-like color.

Check-Up 1.500 SEK / 150 EUR

• Your jewelry piece will be inspected, cleaned and polished.

• White gold jewelry pieces will additionally be coated in a new layer of rhodium to regain shine.

• The first Check-Up is complimentary for all rings from our Engagement & Wedding collection within the 3-year warranty period.

• Please bear in mind that a polish can be performed up to 4 times only.

Repair

• We assist you with a repair of your jewelry piece, if possible. 

• If not covered under warranty, an estimated cost of repair will be provided and confirmed prior to any physical assessment.

• Prices for repairs are suggested depending on the severity of the damage and each case is evaluated individually.
